No. Smart Concrete Technology can test your job site after concrete is poured to determine factors like moisture or PH levels, and we are able to facilitate the use of self-leveling gypsum, cement, and cellular concrete, but we do not pour concrete ourselves.
We can perform testing and moisture mitigation to prepare a site for flooring to be laid, handle the prep work and underlayment process, and project manage the installation, but we do not perform that work directly. We partner with skilled labor houses to complete the actual installation of floor covering.
Smart Concrete Technology has accounts with many major flooring finish manufacturers, and can purchase material for clients directly from them. We have a distribution agreement with SprayLock, Aquafin, and Maxxon, and are proud to supply their products as a solution when addressing a client’s flooring mitigation problems. We also provide independent representation for Intelli-Force, helping introduce and educate the A&E community about their products so contractors can specify them as a trusted solution.
We are a subcontracting company.
